At frayintermedia we strive towards excellence, which is why we have been training African storytellers and helping newsrooms across the continent
(and the world) hone their skills for more than fourteen years.
It brings us great pleasure to announce that, due to the evolution of the media space and our maturing service offerings, we have made a strategic decision to separate fraycollege into a standalone entity, so that they can better focus their own areas of expertise respectively – skills training and communication.
fraycollege is now an independent institute that encompasses all of the frayintermedia standards and principles, while allowing us to focus on what we do best - to set the bar for media standards and tell African stories of the highest calibre.
The fraycollege of communications promise to deliver practical skills in keeping with industry best practice, while ensuring that on-the-ground media and media management experiences are built on a solid theoretical basis.
Training is tailor-made and situational, available both in person and online. All fraycollege courses are presented by leading media experts – guaranteeing an unparalleled learning experience.

fraycollege is SETA-accredited and has also been accredited by the Quality Council of Trade and Occupations. It is currently in the process of registering with the Department of Higher Education and Training. Under the leadership of Dr Sandra Roberts, the college also plans to implement new courses and units and expand on existing material - programmes like journotreneurship are also on the books, ensuring our graduates are ready for the media industry of tomorrow, today.
